Transfer Applicants

• Your property has not passed a ‘home inspection’.

• Any rent account, whether for your home or garage has not been clear for six months immediately prior to making a successful expression of interest.

• Any sundry debtor account or court costs account relating to the tenancy of your home or garage is not clear.
