Age restrictions

Some properties have a minimum age requirement, for example, in some cases only people aged 60 or over can apply. Any age restrictions that apply will be detailed in the property advert. Sheltered housing will be available to applicants aged over 60 or 50 and over if the applicant is in receipt of Disability Living Allowance.
