Poor housing condition

This relates to residents of dwellings where the Council's Environmental Heath Sevice has determined that the property poses a Catergory 1 hazard under the Health and Safety Fitness Rating. Points are awarded in steps of 5 to a maximum of 15, depending on the calculation under the Safety Fitness Rating system, following an inspection,  carried out by an Environmental Health Officer.
