50 POINTS MAXIMUM in steps of 10, 25 and 50 POINTS will be awarded for a range of housing situations which do not easily fit into other points categories outlined above. For example:

• Need to move on hardship grounds - support or employment.

• Moving on from Care.

• Move on from Supported Housing projects.

• Urgent need to move.

Social points are award following a panel led review of supporting evidence provided by the client and /or supporting agencies.
