Is there an age restriction on the property?

Properties designated as Sheltered Housing are usually only available for applicants over the age of 60 years. Other properties may be  have an age restriction on them e.g. 50 years plus, but age restrictions will be detailed in the property advert.

There are circumstances where younger applicants with support needs can be considered for age restricted housing.
